Tasks and trades

• Tasks with team members, people to keep informed, and reminders that repeat until done
• Defects with a team member to follow up as well as the trade to fix it
• Trades see their tasks as well as their defects when they sign in
• Insurance and licence asked for on a trade's first sign-in, and "Did you mean" when a company name is close to one already listed
• A one-tap check that the database is reading and writing
